Guides age 10 - 14 What do Guides do? Being a Guide is all about learning new skills, making your own decisions and having fun. Guiding provides a safe environment to explore new possibilities and achieve personal goals while making friends and having adventures. And it’s up to each Guide to work out which opportunities are relevant for her, whether it’s improving her football skills, party planning or learning about independent living. As a Unit we do many things including camping and indoor holidays; this year some of the guides and leaders went to Normandy, France, for a week’s adventure holiday. During weekly meetings we try a variety of activities including parties, international evenings, crafts and games. Contact: Nicola Wareing |

engaging others; serving the wider community of Wavertree, and the networks we are involved in, by both being and proclaiming good news
